As a qualified and accredited female health coach, nutrition coach and personal trainer, I’ve been helping women, men and teenagers get stronger with carefully planed workouts, nutrition education and the right mindset.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide you on everything you need to know about exercising while putting together the perfect routine to help you achieve your goals, demonstrate the correct posture and track your progress. With customized programming and proven coaching skills, hitting your fitness target will be easier than you anticipated.
All personal training sessions include nutrition support and are held in our private studio located in Cherrybrook.
Our group trainings are aimed for women at all fitness levels in small (studio) groups and larger (outdoors) groups. We specifically design our workouts around cardio and resistance training to enhance female fitness, muscle mass and improve fat loss. We believe females are not small men with breasts and requires specific consideration for their training. All group training sessions are 45min and include nutrition support and whatsapp membership.
My niche is female health and fitness
Fitness always has been my passion and addiction. All through my life, I have followed this through basketball, yoga (bikram) and running. In 2019, I decided to turn my passion in to a profession and be one of the best personal trainers who specializes in female health. After earning my Cert4 in Fitness and becoming a Master Personal Trainer; I have completed my nutrition coaching training. I followed my dream by gaining my Female Health and Performance Coach certification through the very highly respected Nardia Norman's FHP Academy. Understanding female physiology throughout all stages of a women's life and walking the path meant, I truly could put theory in to practice. There is more to female health than just exercising and it gives me great pleasure sharing my knowledge with women around me to get them to become stronger inside and out.

I have never met a trainer who has whole hearted commitment to my health the way Aynur does. She is not only a trainer but has become a very dear friend who gives us personalised attention and advice across fitness training, nutrition and health. While Aynur has unmatched knowledge on fitness and exercise (especially what is important for women), she is also someone who has invested time and effort into our personal health beyond the gym.
Aynur and I worked on many strategies for my weight loss and we finally nailed it with what would work for me specifically. I lost 7 kgs in 10 weeks through a sensible approach to food and exercise. I have been doing personal training with Aynur, leading up to my wedding in June. I have worked with multiple trainers before and she is by far the best trainer!! Aynur is full of energy, genuinely cares for her clients and has strong technical knowledge in both Pilates, HIIT, Resistance work, TABATA, boxing.. she is an all rounder - which makes every training day - a TONNE OF FUN!

Aynur is the best PT anyone can dream of. She is super energetic, encouraging, and passionate. Very knowledgeable about nutrition and spot on with the type of exercises you need to achieve your goal. I started with Aynur in October 2020 post surgery with a goal of improving my running ability and core fitness in preparation for the 22km Ultra Trail Running event held in Katoomba in May 2021 (UTA22). Aynur programmed a series of PT sessions specifically targeting my goals whilst providing nutritional support and motivation along the way. I found Aynur to be extremely passionate about helping her clients and is always just as excited to see milestones and goals achieved. She takes the time and provides an individualised program to ensure your making progress and takes into consideration all the hurdles life throws into the mix. In my lead up to the event my running ability improved so much that I managed to set new PB’s in a number of 5k parkrun courses, my overall parkrun PB, my 10km event PB at the Sydney10 as well as completed the UTA22 within my target timeframe and finishing in good form with no post run aches. I owe my achievements so far this year to Aynur, her knowledge, passion, professionalism, and skill is what got me over the line.
