Our Classes
We offer a wide variety of training options from small group trainings, large group trainings or private one on one sessions. We cater for all fitness levels, age groups, and we scale each session to suit each individual’s abilities. The sessions last for 45 minutes and are designed to increase your fitness and strength levels. You can purchase sessions one off or as a bundle to secure weekly spots and reduce cost.
