Our group trainings are only for women and it is designed to create a community .

Our trainings are delivered in circuit training or group training style.

If you choose to join to one of our training blocks, we will provide a brief consultation to understand your goals

  • CAN I TRIAL THE SESSIONS TO SEE IF IT SUITS ME?
    You sure can. We offer all new clients a trial session. Please contact us for a trial.
  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SESSION?
    The sessions are tailored for beginners and advanced. The sessions are 45mins long and have a lot of variety, designed to make you fitter and stronger. All group training memberships come with nutritional support and community membership that supports you through each block.
  • CAN ALL FITNESS LEVELS PARTICIPATE?
    Yes. We tailor our sessions to ensure that they appeal to all fitness levels. If you have an injury or are not able to complete an exercise, we will aim to provide you with a modification. If you are new to exercise, we will provide you with an alternative to best meet your ability. We make sure that the sessions are challenging for all fitness levels.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER, IF THE TIMETABLE CHANGES OR TRAINING FALLS ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?"
    Weather doesn't affect our training as our outdoor training area is undercover and protected from wind, rain and direct sun light. However, if conditions are extreme, cancellation is at trainer's discretion. If the trainer is sick, the time table has to change or be cancelled for some unforeseeable reason; a make up session will be scheduled during that block. Sessions do not generally run on public holidays.
  • IM NOT EXERCISING AT THE MOMENT, WILL I BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN MINDSET FIRST FITNESS’ SESSIONS?"
    Yes, Mindset First Fitness caters for all fitness levels. We design our workouts to provide three levels of the same exercises to suit a beginner, intermidiate and advance level trainees.
  • DOES TRAININGS GO ALL THROUGH YEAR?
    Our group trainings are 10 weeks block which run during NSW school terms. We take 2 weeks break during school holidays to give everyone a break. This allows us to create a suitable training program for each season and ensures training doesn't become monotonous and always stays enjoyable.
