GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE

We provide a diverse range of exercises in our group sessions, catering to all fitness levels, age groups, and genders. Each exercise is scaled to meet individual abilities, promoting strength, mass, flexibility, and mobility. Our small group training, limited to members, takes place in our studio on weekdays, while larger outdoor sessions, accommodating up to 20 members, are held at John Purchase Public School grounds on Saturdays. We strive to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a supportive community that encourages a healthy and active lifestyle for everyone.
