Online Training Booking
We offer a wide variety of exercises in our group sessions for women. We believe women are not small men with breasts and require specific consideration for their training. We cater for all fitness levels, age groups, and scale each session to suit each individual’s abilities to enhance female fitness, muscle mass and fat loss . The sessions last for 45 minutes and aim to make our members stronger.
Our small group training with a maximum of 6 members is held in our studio during weekdays and larger outdoor training with a max of 18 members are held in John Purchase Public school grounds on Saturdays.
We provide an enjoyable, friendly training environment while creating a community for women to support each other and a healthy-active lifestyle.
